This week we're highlighting Occasionally Honey, a This week we're highlighting Occasionally Honey, a local favourite bringing delicious desserts to the community without compromising on taste. Based in Port Coquitlam, Occasionally Honey specializes in gluten-free and mostly vegan treats, proving that desserts made for a variety of dietary needs can still be indulgent, satisfying, and full of flavour. Founded by Nicole, Occasionally Honey was born from a personal journey with food intolerances and a desire to create high-quality desserts that everyone can enjoy. After more than two decades in the food industry, Nicole developed a collection of scratch-made recipes that have become market favourites.

From decadent cakes and brownies to dairy-free frozen desserts, ice cream sandwiches, and baked treats, there's something for every sweet tooth. Their philosophy is simple: create good food that just happens to be gluten-free and vegan!
