New West Farmers Market is a non-profit society dedicated to making a Farmers Market in New Westminster a success. We work with many other non-profits and community groups in New Westminster and surrounding areas to strengthen our community, share food, and support small local businesses.

We would love to have you join us in a sponsor! We have a strong market backed by a loyal community of vendors and customers alike. Sponsoring the market not only supports other small businesses in the community, but allows your organization to build meaningful connections with the New Westminster community.

Opportunities:

Sprout Club:

We are excited to be expanding our weekly Children’s program; Sprout Club to every market of the year! Every year we host free educational, sustainability related activities and crafts for children aged 5-12. Sponsoring our Sprout Club program helps us cover the costs of supplying materials for crafts and activities. Our Sprout Club Program typically sees over 60 families every week. Presenting sponsors will receive a full-page ad on the back of these passports, which are given to about 50-90 local families every week and are kept by them throughout the season. Presenting sponsors will also get a shout out for every month they sponsor the program on our website, newsletter (2000 subscribers), Facebook and Instagram (15 000 followers).

Block Party:

Our Block Party typically sees 1200-1500 customers – but this year is going to be even bigger!  67% of our regular customers are between 25-44 years old, and an additional 18% of our customers are 45-54. 81% of our customers are New Westminster residents with the other 19% coming from neighbouring cities. Our ultra local and engaged shoppers love the localized nature of the block party festivities, including live music, free face painting, balloon twisting, children’s programming, many giveaways, deals and prizes, a photobooth and more! 
 
We are looking for some generous sponsors to help us give back to our wonderful community and make this event really special!
