Holiday Market 2024 Vendor Application NWFM's 2024 Holiday Market - Vendor Application Before you begin... Please make sure you review all information as it differs from our normal market! Our Holiday Market is December 14th & 15th and runs from 10am-4pm both days. This is an OUTDOOR event and you are responsible for bringing your own table/tent/chair etc. We will be tearing down completely each night to ensure your belongings are protected. You MUST attend both days. We do not accept applications for single days. If you wish to share a table with another vendor, we cannot organize this for you. We do not rent half tables. However, if you wish to apply as part of a duo of businesses who will be sharing a table please apply separately but indicate that you are together in your application. You will be in charge of splitting costs yourselves and both businesses must have their own insurance and permitting. 2024 Market Access Program! We are excited to continue to offer an opportunity for 6 food or craft vendors to apply for our Market Access Program. The intention of this program is to provide more opportunities for vendors who face barriers to bring their products to market in the pursuit of equity and inclusion. As a community market it is important to us that our market accurately reflects our community and so we have 6 opportunities available for self-identified marginalized vendors to have their stall fees, membership fees, and insurance fees covered for this weekend market (approximately $250 value) to make the market more accessible to historically underrepresented and marginalized groups. This program does not cover any other permitting - like food safe etc. Tents, tables, and chairs may be available upon request. We are also happy to help and support with the process of acquiring any health permitting that are needed (as we know this can be a barrier to entry). Additionally, if sourcing a tent, table, and chairs is not possible for applicants - please indicate in your application so we can assist. This opportunity is for new vendors only and applications will be taken until September 30th. Required Documentation To have a spot as a vendor at our market you must provide all the correct documentation for your products. All vendors are required to hold their own insurance. For more details regarding documentation please view the Holiday Market Guidelines. Holiday Market Guidelines Cancellation policy, stall fees and policies differ slightly from our regular season's markets We ask that you please take the time to carefully read our Holiday Market Guidelines. It is imperative that you follow these rules to gain and maintain a spot at our market, including payment of stall fees, cancellation and lateness policies, and signage policies. These guidelines are enforced, so please read them. When you submit your application, you are acknowledging that you have read them. New Vendors Please note an application does not guarantee a spot - you will be sent a confirmation of your dates and instructions on prepayment. Questions? If you have any questions about your application, please contact info@newwestfarmers.ca. The stall fees for this market are $200 + gst for a single stall and $250 + gst for a food truck. Vendors who have not been with us for the regular season must also pay an additional $25 membership fee Please take the time to provide as much information and detail as possible so we are able to assess you properly. Please give yourself approximately 15 minutes to complete this form. You may save your progress at any stage and continue later. Thank you for your interest in becoming a NWFM vendor! Ready?
